The final academic project at NID, where I wanted to work with a topic where the narrative played a major role in the spatial structure of the exhibition.
M.P.Shah Cancer Research Institute wanted to refurbish their exhibition on Cancer Prevention and Cure.
Taking this up as a project I set about redesigning the exhibition to make a proposal for the same.
Starting from re-looking at the matter displayed, the narrative as well as the space distribution, I set out working with the space and matter with a fresher perspective.
Most of the design was dominated by the existing architecture, especially the presence of numerous columns throughout the space. The organisation plans to build a funding for the exhibition and I hope to work further on it to take the same to execution.
